Do you want to gain some experience as a
child care giver? If yes, give our
center a call and we will do our best to
accommodate your request.
We also welcome
students from Red River College to complete
their practicum placements at our center.
All volunteers must undergo an
in-depth application process that will also
include a
criminal record check and child
abuse registry check.
The checks must be received prior to a
volunteer assisting in our program.
Current first aid and CPR is also required.
Volunteers will be able to assist group
leaders complete tasks throughout the day as
well as participate in all routines and
transitions. Volunteers are permitted
to supplement our ratios, however they are
not permitted to be alone with the children
or bare sole responsibility for a group of
children.
